Warehouse software · food banks and SMEs
Still running your warehouse in Excel?
A spreadsheet does not scan anything, does not know where the pallet is, and will never tell you which customer a lot went to. Entrepot360.ca does: every product, its lot, its date and its location, from receiving to shipping. On the phone at the dock and on the computer at the office, everyone sees the same stock at the same moment.
Setup and support are done in Québec, in French and in English. The application is bilingual: each person chooses their language. This website is mostly in French; this page is its English summary.
We set it up at your site. Your racks measured, your labels ready to post, your catalogue imported, your team trained: you start with a working warehouse, not with empty software.

What it does
Everything on this list exists in the software today. The screenshots on this site come from demonstration warehouses, where everything is fictional.
- Lots, dates and rotationEvery lot carries its date. The morning screen says what has expired and what will within seven days. When stock leaves, the lot that expires first goes first.
- A 3D plan, to scaleYou enter the measurements of your building and racks: your warehouse appears on screen. Every pallet has an address — row, bay, level, position.
- Scanning with the phoneReceive, put away, pick and count with the phone’s camera. A barcode that will not read? Add the line by hand, or dictate it.
- Recalls in one searchType what is printed on the package: the software says where the product came from, where it is now and who received it. The lots concerned are blocked in one step.
- Orders, slips and invoicesFor businesses: customer orders, pick lists, delivery slips and backorders. Invoices with GST and QST are issued at each delivery slip.
- Purchase orders, and what is missingA minimum per product flags what to order. A purchase order prepares itself below the minimum, or when an order lacks stock, and is received at the dock.
- Customer follow-upA simple CRM, included for businesses: contacts, dated notes, follow-ups, and quotes the customer accepts with one click. Not a campaign or forecasting tool.
- QuickBooks OnlineEach invoice, its customer, items and taxes are written to your QuickBooks Online. Sales and purchases also export as files. It does not replace your accounting.
- AssistantAsk in plain words: “What expires this week?” A local assistant is included in every plan; the AI assistant is included or optional depending on the plan. It never writes to your stock.
- ReportsWhat came in, went out, was given, lost and remains, for the period you choose. Exported to Excel, or printed.
- Rolling countsCount one section a week, without closing the warehouse.
- A log that is never rewrittenWho did what, and when: every movement is signed and dated.
Who it’s for
- Food banksDonations that arrive unannounced, short dates, volunteers who change. The software was designed on the floor of a food bank in Québec: it speaks of donations, hampers and shipments, and produces the reports a board asks for.
- Food-processing SMEsProcessors, bakeries, distributors: a pallet rack, lots, dates, customers to deliver — and nobody to administer a large system. Products, customers, orders, delivery slips and suppliers.
- Industrial SMEsWorkshops, manufacturers, parts distributors: parts, materials and hardware, with your own categories and units. A product has no date unless you give it one.

Frequently asked questions
Is the software available in English?
Yes. The application is bilingual: each person chooses French or English from the application’s menu, on their own device. This page is the only English page of the website for now; pricing and the legal pages are in French.
Do we need barcode scanners?
No. The phone’s camera reads barcodes in the application: an iPhone or iPad, where everything was fine-tuned, and also an Android phone with Chrome. At the office, a computer and its browser are enough.
Is there anything to install?
No. Entrepot360.ca opens in the browser, at an address that is yours. On an iPhone, it can be added to the home screen and then opens like an app.
What happens without Internet?
The software is online: it needs Wi-Fi or a cellular connection. After a brief outage, the screen retries by itself when the network comes back.
Is it accounting software?
No. It handles stock, orders, delivery slips and purchase orders. It issues your invoices with GST and QST at each delivery slip and writes them to QuickBooks Online, or exports sales and purchases as files for other accounting software. It does not replace your accounting: no general ledger, no payroll, no tax returns.
Can we bring our catalogue and inventory from Excel?
Yes, for businesses. You copy the cells from Excel and paste them into the import screen, or drop a CSV file. Every line is checked, and nothing is imported while an error remains.
Do you serve organizations outside Québec?
Our team is on Montréal’s South Shore, and on-site setup is done in Québec. Write to us about your situation: we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do from here.
Does the AI assistant see our data?
With the AI option, the question and the stock data needed to answer are sent to the AI provider for the time it takes to answer; the assistant never writes to your data. Without that option, the local assistant answers without anything leaving the server.
